Hi there!!
We are Adrian (Adge) and Kelly Warman a father daughter collaboration, we designed and concocted what has become Peptalk - an online space for helpful advice on how to cope with the stresses of modern day living in the digital age, useful steps towards finding head space and ways to gain control over your life.
 

We offer really good advice on meditation, how to eat well, how to live well, how to time manage, how to cope with anxiety and addiction, we offer guidance on natural medicine, herbal tinctures, homeopathy and the like, we pull in knowledge from the best of the best on each subject matter so you don't have to.
 

Essentially we are your go to self help melting pot!
 

Setting off as a young bushy tailed eager beaver Kelly trained and traveled the world as an artist, here is her Wiki page - few years later she return to England's green and pleasant shores to bestow what she had learnt along the way to others, she has set out to demystify the practice of self help and open up avenues for clear practical guidance.
 

Already a successful entrepreneur Adrian has crafted his skills over the last ten years with a unique antiques and vintage e-company. Check out his shop here Salon79. One of the very first businessmen to make use of the digital enterprise and online marketplace, Adge understands how the world of commerce works, but simultaneously he's also raised four kids! Here he sets out to combine those two life experiences and share what he knows with you.
